ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to refix the basic pay as Rs.52,000/- from 11.04.2025, in accordance with the settlement entered with the unions under 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 dated 22.01.2010 and consequently to pay the arrears of wages to the petitioner with 12 percent income per annum.

Considering the claim made by the petitioner and also the fact that he had also submitted a representation on 27.10.2025 to the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the settlement in 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act of 1947, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
