By relying on a patta No.2190 in respect of survey No.997/45, the petitioner had applied online for the conduct of a survey in September 2025.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to the owners of adjacent lands and their objections, if any, would be considered before a decision is taken.

3. The petitioner has filed a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner and a separate patta. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's application.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request 2/4

for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
