By relying on patta No.2188, the petitioner had applied for a survey of 0.86 ares in survey No.997/43. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the requisite fees were remitted by the petitioner, but an online application has not been filed.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. A separate patta stands in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

i. The petitioner is directed to submit an online application enclosing relevant documents within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii. Within three (3) months from the date of receipt thereof, the second and third respondents are directed to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.

iii. No costs.
