ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the case in Crime No.53 of 2022 dated 30.12.2022 on the file of the second respondent to CBCID or some other competent investigation agency. 2.Though the petition has been filed seeking the transfer of the investigation from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that investigation conducted by the second respondent may be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madurai. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the investigation shall be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of 2/4

Police, Madurai. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
