This Writ Petition is filed praying to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the impugned order, dated 03.05.2013, in respect of the package No.25-62(2 works), in tender notification No.9/2012-13/D.O, dated 25.03.2013 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to reconsider the tender documents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the petitioner in respect of package No.25-62 (2 works), in tender notification No.9/2012-13/D.O, dated 25.03.2013.

2. When the matter is called today, both the the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the third respondent submitted that the period of contract itself was already over and nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
