ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the impugned complaint in C.C.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the final report in C.C.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, had itself been dismissed for default and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if it is re-opened. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
