ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent vide his order dated 30.04.2013, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to provide new connection of electricity supply to the property situated in Plot No.1, Survey No.202/1B, Re-survey No.202/22, Thanakkankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and perused the records.

Electricity Board as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner that the electricity connection was already given to the petitioner's property.
