2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, the condition No.(c) at Para No.6 imposed against the petitioner in the order dated 31.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
