Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2013 and extend the lease period by 195 days i.e. from 21.05.2013 to 06.12.2013 to compensate the lapsed period during which permission to quarry was denied by the respondents pursuant to his proceedings dated 22.06.2012 in Mu.Mu.290/G & M.2 of 2012.
