2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularaly, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram,in Crl.M.P.No.2458 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
