2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tenkasi,in Crl.M.P.No.2866 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
