Respondents COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.1502/V1/E2/2010 dated 10.04.2013 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of computer instructor by absorbing the petitioner in the post with consequential monetary and service benefits to the petitioner. 2.When the writ petitions came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim of the writ petitioners in these writ petitions is to regularize their services.

However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners were terminated from service.

3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions. Accordingly, stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
