[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner initially filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to restore the possession of property situated at S.F.No.22(2), Trichy District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Asoor Village, which was forcibly taken possession. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only a portion of the property was taken possession of the respondents and the remaining portion is still in the possession of the petitioner. respondent issued a show cause notice, dated 25.05.2013, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why he should not be evicted. The petitioner is yet to submit his response. The matter is now pending on the file of the second respondent. 3.The petitioner is given time till 30.09.2017 to file reply to the notice, dated 25.05.2013. It is open to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law taking into account the objection submitted by the petitioner. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
