This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.530 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tenkasi through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
