Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents from interfering in the rights of the members of the petitioner's Association in carrying out their avocation by employing workers from Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi and Ramanathapuram districts.

Alleging that the respondents 4 to 7 are interfering with the day to day activities of the petitioner association, that they are employing persons from other states, the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the official respondents and as the same is kept pending, without any action, the present petition came to be filed for the aforesaid relief.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he seeks permission of this Court to approach the authorities afresh, as and when required.
4. Recording such submission, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities afresh, if they so required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
