The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to provide adequate protection to the general public in using the pathway in Town survey No. 29 and 31 in Ward - B Block No. IV Kodaikkanal, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2013. 2.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2013 except to direct the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
