ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.39 of 2025, dated 02.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
