ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the third respondent herein for including the name of the respondents 4 to 7 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ herein without putting the petitioner on notice and conducting enquiry.

2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The petitioner submitted that he sent a representation to the authorities, requesting not to include the names of the respondents 4 to 7, in any of the revenue records without issuing him notice, in respect of certain properties and simultaneously the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the aforesaid direction. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, upon notice submitted that based the petitioner's representation, the names of the respondents 4 to 7, were not included in the records.

6.Recording such statement, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the authorities to proceed as per law after due notice to the petitioner. No costs.
