ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai to dispose the pending suit in O.S.No. 291 of 2023.

2. The notice to the respondents is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2023 and taking into consideration the age of the respective parties, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 291 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
