This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to approve the respondents 4 and 5 as President and Secretary of the school committee of Pankajam Middle School, Bodinaickanoor, Theni District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
