Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the Terminal Benefits amount payable to the petitioner such as difference in Gratuity, Leave salary and Pension amount in terms of 12(3) Settlement dated 29.05.2025 and all other attendant benefits together with 1/4
interest at the rate of 6 percentage per annum from 01.05.2024 to till the date of payment and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents to settle the Terminal Benefits amount payable to the petitioner such as difference in Gratuity, Leave salary and Pension amount in terms of 12(3) Settlement dated 29.05.2025 and all other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 6 percentage per annum from 01.05.2024 to till the date of payment.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also does not dispute the said fact.
4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
