ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to return the Maruthi Alto Car bearing registration No.TN-59-AE-2914, which was recovered by the respondents on the ground of non-payment of loan, to the petitioner, forthwith.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing on either side submitted that the vehicle in question had already been sold and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed.
