ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petition mentioned religious institution is governed by a scheme. It was modified vide order dated 08.05.2024 in O.A.No.3 of 2019. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed appeal before the first respondent. It was taken on file in A.P.No.72 of 2024. 3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the appeal. In other words, even if any trustee is appointed, pursuant to the impugned notice dated 18.09.2025, it will have to abide by the outcome of the said appeal. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
