This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Point No.8(iv) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP. (MD).No.14207 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1402 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.

2.Heard Mr.V.Santhakumaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Shakulhameed, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 21.01.2025, regularly.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both side counsels, condition No.8(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No. 14207 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1402 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025, is modified as follows:- 2/4

"Petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam, once in two months on first working day of every second month, (i.e., 1st working day of 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th month) commencing from January, 2026, at 02.15 p.m., until further orders."

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7. Registry is directed to list the main Civil Revision Case after three weeks.
