The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to forbear the respondents from opening new TASMAC Shop or shop No.4823 transferred from Padanthalumoodu in the building in Survey No.57/3A, Kollencode Village, Kanyakumari District or any place in Oorambu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that if the TASMAC shop is opened or transferred to the place as alleged by the petitioner, it will cause great nuisance to the general public. Therefore, he has made representation to the respondents. Since there is no progress in the said representation, Mandamus has been filed for the relief stated supra. 3.In view of the above, we direct the fourth respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
