ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.11.2025 and to return the two mobile phones which was recovered from the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent has vehemently opposed for allowing this petition.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order. If no criminality is found, the mobile phones shall be considered for return to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
