Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey and laying of boundary stones in respect of the property comprised in R.S.No.512/1A 2B, 512/11 A1C, 512/2B1B and 512/8 (Plot Nos.15, 44, 44-A, 45, 68, 68-A) situated at Avaniyapuram Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025.
ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey and laying of boundary stones in respect of the property comprised in R.S.No.512/1A 2B, 512/11 A1C, 512/2B1B and 512/8 (Plot Nos.15, 44, 44-A, 45, 68, 68-A) situated at Avaniyapuram Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2025, and pass orders and grant permission in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
