ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition No.10(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 26.08.2025, made in Crl.A(MD)No.884 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.38 of 2025. 2/4

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.A(MD)No.884 of 2025, dated 26.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail.
