ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents to maintain the property measuring an extent of 8.358 cents bearing Survey No.121/10 Kunnathoor Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District as a playground and not to put up any construction or alter the physical features in the said property. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation dated 07.05.2013 to the first respondent for the above said relief. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2013 except to direct the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
