PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings in C.No.D1 (3)/ 18852/2013/CPO No.603/2013 dated 09.05.2013 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violation of principles of law and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Head Constable in the Jaihindpuram Police Station with all back wages from the date of 26.03.2013.
