ORDER

The petitioner had filed an appeal before the first respondent herein on 09.10.2025 under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act 2005. He seeks early disposal thereof.

2. Mr.Anand C Rajesh, Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent and learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the 2nd and 3rd respondents. Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the second appeal would be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's second appeal within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. 2/4
