The petitioner asserts that he is the owner of the properties described in paragraph No.2 of the affidavit under sale deed dated 07.06.1991 bearing Doc.No.944 of 1991. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the revenue records also stand in the name of the petitioner, but that respondents 4 and 5 have applied for the cancellation thereof. She submits that this petition has been filed seeking the early disposal of the cancellation petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider and dispose of the appeal on merits within three (3) months after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.
3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government 2/4
Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the fourth and fifth respondents within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the said private respondents.
