ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11624 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7331 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.657 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not in dispute that the condition No.9(ii) imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11624 of 2025 on 09.09.2025 directing the petitioners to appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.11624 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7331 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.657 of 2/3

2025, dated 09.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
