This writ petition seeks a direction to the respondent to carry out survey and demarcation of Survey No. 164/7, measuring 0.43.50 ares, situated at Kiliyur Village, Kiliyur Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of prescribed fees remitted vide challan dated 11.08.2025.
2. The petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the property by fixing its four boundaries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite remitting the prescribed fees, no action has been taken by the authorities. Aggrieved by this inaction, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders in compliance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
