Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned suspension order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings dated 18.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all attendant and monetary and other benefits.

ORDER

2. In view of the said submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
