ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2025 and to remove his name from the History Sheet No.172 of 2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2025, by taking into consideration the guidelines laid down by this Court in Thirumagan and another vs. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District and others, reported in 2020-2-L.W. (Crl.) 266, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
