This petition has been filed by the petitioners to effect service on the second respondent through substituted service, viz., by paper publication. The petitioner says that the second respondent has not been served, despite process being taken out through Court.

2. In such circumstances, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service in anyone of the Tamil Dailies having wide circulation in the locality concerned indicating the date of hearing of the cases as "06.01.2025". The learned counsel for the petitioners shall file proof of publication by the next hearing date. 1/3

3. Fresh notice to the first respondent returnable by 06.01.2025.
