The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, in view of the subsequent development, however, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with different prayer.

2. Granting such permission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
