ORDER
Heard the learned for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the respondents 2 to 5 is dispensed with.
2.The writ petitioner wants this Court to forebear the first respondent from entertaining any document from the private respondents herein.
3.Such a relief can be granted only by the jurisdictional Civil Court. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed O.S.No.93 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi. The private respondents herein are parties to the said suit. The petitioner can very 2/4
well file an IA to restrain the registering authority. If such an IA is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of on merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. The first respondent shall not entertain any document from the private respondents for a period of eight weeks. The fact that I have given such a direction against the first respondent does not mean that I have upheld the claim of the writ petitioner. All the contentions and defences of the private respondents are left open.
