Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to adequate police protection for cultivate the land in Survey No.123/2B, Survey No.122/1, Survey No.122/2, Survey No.122/4, Survey No.123/1 and Survey No.123/2A with an extent of 2 acre 16 cents total extent of 6 acres 58 cents situated at Valvarmangalam Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2025. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to adequate Police protection to cultivate the land in Survey Nos. 123/2B, 122/1, 122/2, 122/4, 123/1 and 123/2A situated at Valvarmangalam Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 04.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with a direction to the second respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said closure report in the manner known to law.
