ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to drop proceedings for opening the liquor Shop in Door No A/191, Kavalkinaru main road Kavalkinaru Village, Tirunelveli District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that if the TASMAC shop is opened in the place as alleged by the petitioner, it will cause great nuisance to the general public. Therefore, he has made representation, dated 10.05.2013 to the respondents. Since there is no progress in the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed for the relief stated supra.

3.In view of the above, we direct the third respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
