(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the notice issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings dated 08.05.2013.

It is brought to our notice by the learned Special Government Pleader that the license expired on 12.09.2014 and nothing survives in this writ petition, as the petitioner has got no right to continue to be in possession. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
