Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the third respondent dated 01.04.2013 in his Na.Ka.No.15218/2013/OOVA.6 and quash the same and to direct the third respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2013.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned order of suspension issued against the writ petitioner in proceeding dated 01.04.2013 was revoked and the writ petitioner was reinstated in service in proceeding dated 25.01.2014. 2.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
