Though the Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent, the Inspector of Panchayat / District Collector, taking away the petitioner's power to maintain the bank accounts of the Thayilpatti Village Panchayat, Vembakottai Panchayat Union, Virudhunagar District, it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that subsequently, maintaining the bank accounts of the Village Panchayat has been restored to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
