This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband and family members of her husband, by considering her representation, dated 20.05.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been withdrawn and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
