O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachment in T.S.No.7015 in Pudukkottai. He has submitted a representation dated 25.03.2013 in this regard. But no action has been taken so far.

2.This Court directs the second respondent to take action in accordance with law for removal of the encroachments, if any, after issuing notice to the affected parties. Statutory procedure shall be followed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
