Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent under Na.Ka.No.31704/Pay.O.Va(5)/2009, dated 16.05.2012 and to quash the same as it is illegal and in consequence to direct the first respondent to pay the arrears of pension to the petitioner on and from 10.01.2005 with appropriate interest within the time to be fixed by this Court and also to pay the monthly pension thereafter as accordance with law.
