ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R5. Issuance of notice to R6 & R7 is dispensed with. Thiru.Vadivel, learned counsel takes notice for R8.
2. The learned counsel for the 8th respondent makes it clear that the 8th respondent has nothing to do with the petition mentioned temple. This submission is placed on record.
3. The writ petitioner filed O.S.No.220 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manapparai. The petitioner has obtained permanent injunction against the sixth respondent. The 7th respondent is none other than the son of the 6th respondent. The petitioner is entitled to enforce the said decree dated 24.07.2025 against R6 & R7 so long as it has not been stayed or suspended. Of-course, the said decree will not bind R1 to R5 because they are not parties to the decree. However, if it comes to dispute between the writ petitioner on the one hand and R6 & R7 on the other, the respondents 1 to 5 will have to necessarily abide by the decree. 3/5
4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
