ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to shift TASMAC shop from Rajapatti Village, Pudukottai District at once.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that TASMAC shop is causing great nuisance to the general public and therefore, he has made representation to the respondents. Since there is no progress in the said representation, Mandamus has been filed to consider the prayer for shifting of the shop.

3.In view of the above, we direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
