ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 07.05.2013, and pass appropriate orders with regard to cancellation of licence granted to the respondents 3 and 4, in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint made by the petitioner had already been considered and after conducting enquiry, appropriate order has been passed, and a copy of the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. The said submission has not been refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
